Silkprinting is a printing technique that uses a stretched fabric as a printing tool. The fabric is fastened-stretched to a frame and processed to have watertight and other areas (the subject to be printed) through which liquid ink can pass. The frame comes in contact with the surface to be printed and with a spatula the ink is spreaded on the gauze and passes to the object only where its prepared surface allows.
